About the role
- Planning, monitoring and optimization of the performance of production areas at the manufacturing sites in Düren and Mersin
- Central interface between Production and Controlling
- Ensuring transparency across all production-relevant processes and metrics
- Active support of management in controlling, optimizing and further developing production
- Definition, monitoring and analysis of KPIs and production metrics
- Analysis of production processes to identify efficiency and cost-saving potentials
- Conducting performance, target-vs-actual and root-cause analyses, and deriving and implementing measures to increase performance and reduce costs
- Managing and controlling production costs and supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
- Preparation and presentation of reports
- Support in master data creation and maintenance in SAP
- Participation in investment calculations and profitability analyses
- Optimization of raw, auxiliary and operating materials (RHB) inventories and material flows
- Close collaboration with all functions along the value chain
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a production-related FMCG environment
- Solid knowledge of KPI analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and process optimization (Lean Management)
- Confident use of ERP systems (SAP desirable)
- Experience in creating reports, dashboards and presentations
- Experience in materials management, cost center/cost unit accounting, investment calculation and profitability analyses
- Analytical and strategic thinking, strong communication and presentation skills, team player, cross-functional mindset
- Ability to derive actionable recommendations from complex data
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, high initiative, confidentiality and sense of responsibility
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel within Europe and to company locations
