About the role

  • Responsible for the entire process from needs analysis to the selection of qualified candidates
  • Write compelling job advertisements to attract top talent
  • Conduct interviews and identify suitable candidates for our teams
  • Serve as a point of contact for applicants and internal stakeholders in recruiting
  • Actively contribute to projects to further develop our recruiting processes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting
  • Curiosity about new recruiting trends and enthusiasm for testing and effectively using new digital tools
  • Strong service orientation, team spirit, and excellent communication skills
  • Initiative and a track record of success in a dynamic environment
  • Confident user of MS Office and experience with HR software systems
  • Fluent German and good English skills
