About the role

  • Advising HR business partners and managers on remuneration and benefits
  • Stream or sub-project management of global projects in the area of total rewards
  • Preparing information events on remuneration and benefits for employees and developing professional communication materials for employees and managers
  • Preparing analyses in the area of EU pay transparency
  • Supporting the creation of group, overall and site works agreements
  • Preparing and implementing the annual salary round in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Supporting the implementation of the global and local bonus plan process in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Conducting job evaluations and maintaining the global database for job evaluations
  • Collection of internal and external data and participation in benchmark studies
  • Support in collaboration with other HR departments in the development, adaptation and implementation of C&B processes and measures
  • Training of the HR team in the application of C&B processes and measures in their areas of responsibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, economics, social economics, law or a similar field
  • Initial professional experience in human resources in a company and/or consulting firm, or relevant internships or working student positions
  • General knowledge of compensation and benefits
  • Very good communication skills and initial experience in the areas of project management, change management and stakeholder management
  • Basic knowledge of methods, measures, processes and programmes of modern human resources management
  • Conceptual and analytical skills, good IT user skills, especially MS Excel
  • Fluent in German and English
