About the role
- Act as the interface between HARTMANN Portugal and external stakeholders (customers, KOLs, etc.).
- Support the sales team in customer management, including processing orders in the CRM, responding to inquiries, follow‑up, providing feedback, and distributing samples and promotional materials.
- Handle customer complaints in accordance with internal processes and the pharmacy team's practices.
- Be fully familiar with sales pricing; support the preparation of channel price lists and the creation of customer-specific offers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on information flow to the sales team and to customers.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to comply with internal expense policies, ensure submission of documentation, and meet deadlines.
- Support the organization of team meetings and events.
- Ensure maintenance and updating of customer data in systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or a related field.
- Native Portuguese speaker with good spoken and written English.
- More than 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Experience in OTC within a multinational company is a strong advantage.
- Desirable experience with commercial data management systems (Salesforce).
