About the role
- You will manage university hospitals, acute care hospitals and rehabilitation clinics within your assigned sales territory
- Further develop existing customers by promoting the use of our value‑added services and expanding the portfolio
- Take ownership for the content-related and commercial responsibilities of the assigned sales region (market, customer and stakeholder management, controlling within the defined framework, reporting according to guidelines)
- Be responsible for implementing all planned and agreed measures to achieve the defined sales and marketing targets within the assigned region
- Organize internal and external customer workshops, trainings and webinars on relevant products and services and co-responsibly conduct these events
- Maintain intensive, trust-based communication with your direct team colleagues, Sales Specialists and other functional areas
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Medicine or Nursing
- Experience in sales or field sales, ideally with a medical device manufacturer, alternatively in the pharmaceutical industry
- Preferably professional experience selling technically complex or consultative products or experience in a nursing/care environment
- Initial experience with the target group; independent, KPI-driven territory sales management is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and communication skills, high performance motivation and goal orientation, ability to self-organize
- Willingness to travel
- Good knowledge of common PC applications (MS Office, Outlook, CRM); project management experience is desirable
