About the role

  • Sell with enthusiasm: You implement sales and marketing activities effectively and achieve sustainable revenue growth within target groups—physician practices, homecare providers, and nursing services
  • Consulting & account management: You develop existing customers and win new accounts to expand market share in your region
  • Events and projects: You enthusiastically plan workshops and training sessions and actively contribute to exciting projects, trade shows, and customer events

Requirements

  • A qualification in business, nursing, or pharmaceutical/natural sciences provides a solid foundation
  • Several years of sales experience, ideally with customers in physician practices, nursing services, or homecare; ICW/AWM certification is a plus
  • Your strengths include strong customer focus and communication skills, relationship management, performance motivation and goal orientation, ability to self-organize, and sales aptitude
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and enthusiasm for networking
  • Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems is required
  • High willingness to travel and a valid Class B driving licence
