About the role
- You are responsible for university hospitals, acute-care and rehabilitation clinics within the assigned sales territory
- This includes both new customer acquisition and expanding existing customers’ use of our value‑added services
- You assume content-related and commercial responsibility for the assigned sales region (market, customer and stakeholder management; controlling within defined parameters; reporting according to guidelines)
- You are responsible for implementing all planned and agreed measures to achieve the agreed sales and marketing targets within the assigned region
- You organize internal and external customer workshops and trainings on relevant products and services, conduct them responsibly, and also participate in comparable events as well as trade shows and customer events
- You maintain intensive and trusted communication with your direct team colleagues as well as with other sales regions and central functions
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in business administration, medicine or nursing
- Experience in sales or field sales, ideally with a medical device manufacturer or alternatively in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ideally, professional experience selling technically complex products or experience in the nursing/care environment
- Initial professional experience with the target group; experience in independent, metrics-driven territory management is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills; performance-driven and goal-oriented; ability to self-organize
- Willingness to travel
- Good knowledge of common PC applications (MS Office, Outlook, CRM); project management experience desirable
