About the role

  • Sell with enthusiasm: You implement sales and marketing activities effectively and achieve sustainable revenue growth in target groups such as medical practices, homecare providers and nursing services
  • Consulting & account management: You develop existing customers and acquire new accounts to expand market share in your region
  • Events and projects: You enthusiastically plan workshops and training sessions and actively contribute to projects, trade shows and customer events

Requirements

  • A vocational qualification in business, nursing/care, or pharmaceutical/scientific fields provides a good foundation
  • Several years of sales experience, ideally with customer groups such as physicians, nursing services and homecare; ICW/AWM certification is a plus
  • Your strengths include strong customer orientation and communication skills, relationship management, performance motivation and goal orientation, self-organization and sales aptitude
  • Strong communication and organizational skills as well as enthusiasm for networking
  • Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems is required
  • High willingness to travel and a valid driving licence (Class B)
