About the role

  • Sell with enthusiasm: You implement sales and marketing activities effectively and achieve sustainable revenue growth in physician practices, with home-care providers and nursing services
  • Advising & support: You develop existing customers and acquire new customers to expand market share in your region
  • Events and projects: You plan workshops and training sessions with enthusiasm and actively contribute to exciting projects, trade shows and customer events.

Requirements

  • A background in a commercial, nursing (e.g., registered nurse) or pharmaceutical/scientific field (PTA/PKA) provides a good foundation
  • You have several years of sales experience with the customer groups physician practices/nursing services/home care, and ideally hold an ICW/AWM certification
  • Your strengths include strong customer orientation and communication skills, relationship management, drive for performance and results, ability to self-organize, and sales aptitude
  • Strong communication and organizational skills as well as enthusiasm for networking
  • Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems is required
  • High willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B)
