About the role

  • Sell with enthusiasm: Implement sales and marketing activities effectively and achieve sustainable sales growth in physicians' practices, with homecare providers and nursing services
  • Consultation & support: Develop existing customers and acquire new customers to expand market share in your region
  • Events and projects: Plan workshops and training sessions with enthusiasm and actively contribute to exciting projects, trade shows and customer events

Requirements

  • Vocational training in a commercial, nursing or pharmaceutical/scientific field provides a good foundation
  • You have several years of sales experience, ideally with customer groups such as physicians, nursing services and homecare; an ICW/AWM certification is a plus
  • Strengths include strong customer orientation and communication skills, relationship management, performance drive and goal orientation, ability to self-organize and sales talent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and enthusiasm for networking
  • Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems is required
  • High willingness to travel and a valid driving licence (Class B)
