Financial Planning and Analysis

• Establish and maintain the association's accounting (income/expense accounting, recordkeeping)
• Prepare annual financial statements and financial reports for the board and the general assembly
• Monitor the use of funds in accordance with non-profit legal requirements
• Contribute to budget planning and liquidity/cash-flow management
• Review and draft contracts, cooperation agreements, and grant applications
• Liaise with tax authorities and advise on tax matters (non-profit status, deductibility of donations)
• Ensure compliance with association law obligations under Swiss law (ZGB Art. 60 et seq.)
• Support the opening and administration of bank accounts

Finance Board Member – Volunteer

Marketing

• Maintain and further develop the website (WordPress)
• Create the association presentation for presenting to donors
• Produce content for web and social media: project reports, posts, short texts
• Visually present project results and organizational activities
• Contribute to the communication strategy — channel selection, tone, addressing donors and partners
• Support the preparation of materials for grant applications and partnership requests
• Basic photo editing
