Chief Marketing Officer

• Manage, mentor and develop a highly successful marketing team focused on our compounding and assigned FDA-approved portfolios.
• Develop and execute go-to market strategies for responsible brands.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to align and compliantly execute critical initiatives.
• Provide proposals, input, and support on key messaging for the products.
• Maintains up-to-date product and industry knowledge by regular review of the literature, co-traveling with field sales personnel, and attending local conferences.

• Play a leadership role in all materials to ensure appropriately developed and put through regulatory approvals, including OPDP submission, before dissemination.

• Partner and support the development of the public relations strategy by implementing, interpreting, and translating clinical data into commercial implications.
• Utilize relevant data from existing CRM (Salesforce) to drive new marketing initiatives, track progress, and report results.
• Evaluate ongoing campaigns and propose new ways to boost sales and new opportunities.
• Coordinate with the clinical team on new product trials and gather valuable feedback.
• Plan and participate in industry tradeshows.
• Communicate frequently with field sales reps to understand how to build better tools
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Execute and manage KOL activities including advisory boards, commercial presentations, conference activities, and KOL meetings.
• Stay positive and solution-focused and suggest product improvements and innovation.
• Become an advocate for our customers and understand how we can better communicate and serve them.

Associate Marketing Director

Account Executive

• Work closely with the field sales team, new and existing customers
• Initiate proactive outbound calls to new and established customers to increase sales revenue
• Remotely work an assigned geographic territory, with periodic live customer visits (~1-2 weeks/month)
• Develop and establish relationships with key physicians within the ophthalmic market
• Utilize multiple forms of communication with new prospects and existing customers including email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
• Conduct research and planning to set goals for the prospects and to anticipate customer needs
• Identify new prospects and educate them on assigned ophthalmic products
• Work to progress and convert open opportunities within their assigned customer territory base
• Generate and analyze reports to identify established customer trends
• Set up and conduct virtual and live meetings with prospects and existing customer base to convert new business
• Utilize resources to enhance productivity and provide optimal customer satisfaction.
• Participate in providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting
• Actively participate as a key member of the Commercial team to drive success
• Enter and maintain the integrity of data in the company’s CRM
• Proficient in Excel, computer navigation, data management, and system reporting. TEAMs experience preferred

Sales Representative – Rare & Specialty Products

Sales

• Implement and execute strategic sales plans to achieve national objectives for ophthalmic pharmaceutical products
• Oversee and evaluate sales performance and adjust strategy as needed to meet competitive conditions
• Provide direct coaching to Hybrid Sales Representatives and accompany them on periodic field sessions
• Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and update the organization accordingly
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop quarterly variable compensation plans that drive the sales team's profitable revenue objectives
• Monitor revenue by account on a weekly basis and help drive account retention and growth
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop a highly successful sales and sales management team
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and effectively manage budget and resources
• Closely partner with Access, Medical, Marketing, and Data Analytics functions to optimize the business for success
• Develop and provide sales updates on a regular basis to the executive team
• Effectively utilize the company CRM to monitor reach and frequency across accounts nationwide
