About the role

  • Lead the entire people agenda in a growing company, with a strong focus on performance, development, and employee experience.
  • Serve as the primary strategic HR reference, reporting to senior leadership and influencing key decisions.
  • Design and execute the People & Management strategy aligned with the business plan.
  • Lead and develop the HR team (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, L&D/Organizational Development, Compensation, etc.).
  • Structure attraction, selection, and employer branding programs.
  • Implement development paths, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Strengthen culture, engagement, and internal communication.
  • Design compensation, benefits, and recognition policies.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the board and C-level executives.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a Head/Director of HR or People & Management role.
  • Previous experience in growth, transformation, or restructuring environments.
  • Experience across all HR subfunctions (Talent Acquisition, L&D/Organizational Development, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Culture).
  • History of close collaboration with senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Advanced English for interaction with stakeholders and global materials.
  • Availability for a hybrid work model.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Business, or related areas.
  • Experience in technology, services, or other fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience in cultural and digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to People/HR.
