About the role
- Lead the entire people agenda in a growing company, with a strong focus on performance, development, and employee experience.
- Serve as the primary strategic HR reference, reporting to senior leadership and influencing key decisions.
- Design and execute the People & Management strategy aligned with the business plan.
- Lead and develop the HR team (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, L&D/Organizational Development, Compensation, etc.).
- Structure attraction, selection, and employer branding programs.
- Implement development paths, succession planning, and performance management.
- Strengthen culture, engagement, and internal communication.
- Design compensation, benefits, and recognition policies.
- Act as a strategic partner to the board and C-level executives.
Requirements
- Solid experience in a Head/Director of HR or People & Management role.
- Previous experience in growth, transformation, or restructuring environments.
- Experience across all HR subfunctions (Talent Acquisition, L&D/Organizational Development, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Culture).
- History of close collaboration with senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions.
- Advanced English for interaction with stakeholders and global materials.
- Availability for a hybrid work model.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Business, or related areas.
- Experience in technology, services, or other fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience in cultural and digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to People/HR.
