About the role

  • Drive end-to-end negotiations for complex enterprise SaaS transactions (MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, AI terms, etc.) and strategic partnership agreements.
  • Partner deeply with Sales, Finance, and Deal Ops to streamline the sales cycle.
  • Navigate international regulatory frameworks to support our expanding global footprint, ensuring compliance yet competitive strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training for both the GTM team and the Sales team.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of legal experience, ideally beginning at a top-tier law firm followed by a high-growth, "in-the-trenches" in-house SaaS role.
  • You understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and corresponding sales cycle.
  • You can speak, or quickly learn, the language of DevSecOps and our business.
  • You know when to stand firm on risk and when to find the solution to get a deal across the finish line.
  • You enjoy building processes as much as you enjoy redlining.
  • JD from an accredited law school and an active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.
