The primary responsibility is to collect, structure and monitor the stakeholder requirements during the complete lifecycle processes.
This position will ensure data maintenance in the Requirements Management tools, and will measure and report the process performance based on defined KPIs.
This position will be the bridge between the customer and internal engineering teams for process and structure of requirements.
This position will report to requirement department head as organization perspective.
Requirements
Expert knowledge of requirements management
Good knowledge of embedded software and system
Excellent knowledge of RFI/RFQ process
Knowledge of Requirements Management Tool “Doors Next Generation”, “DOORS”, and Doors exchange mechanism
Configuration management rules and tools especially baselining
Knowledge of process models (e.g. Automotive SPICE®)
Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business.
Fluent communication skills in English and Japanese
Experience working with or for a Japanese automotive supplier / carmaker
