About the role
- The primary responsibility is to collect, structure and monitor the stakeholder requirements during the complete lifecycle processes.
- This position will ensure data maintenance in the Requirements Management tools, and will measure and report the process performance based on defined KPIs.
- This position will be the bridge between the customer and internal engineering teams for process and structure of requirements.
- This position will report to requirement department head as organization perspective.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of requirements management
- Good knowledge of embedded software and system
- Excellent knowledge of RFI/RFQ process
- Knowledge of Requirements Management Tool “Doors Next Generation”, “DOORS”, and Doors exchange mechanism
- Configuration management rules and tools especially baselining
- Knowledge of process models (e.g. Automotive SPICE®)
- Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Japanese
- Experience working with or for a Japanese automotive supplier / carmaker
