About the role

  • Oversee multiple small to mid-sized programs across SBU.
  • Support Business Case activities from intake to SOP including, but not limited to: influencing quote and pricing scenarios, providing financial insights and advice to CAM to meet strategic goals, enforcing compliance to process, tools, and approvals.
  • Participate in comprehensive business case reviews with SBU controlling and CAM stakeholders and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Track and monitor financial risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct variance analysis, monitor KPIs, and report on financial performance.
  • Translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of automotive RFI/RFQ processes.
  • +3 years in project/business controlling, program management, or cost management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skilled in SAP, financial planning tools, financial modeling, and Excel.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills; business acumen and ability to influence teams.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and customer account management.
