About the role
- Create new relationships with tour sound clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by targeting Audio Production & Touring companies and select end-users.
- Identify opportunities to take market share from HARMAN competitors.
- Formulate preliminary design recommendations, equipment packages, and pricing.
- Track opportunities via CRM and assist in formulating sales forecasts.
- Work with other HARMAN teams to build new, and grow existing, customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the professional audio industry tour sound market
- Experience working with audio production houses, audio touring companies and/or end users within the production audio space
- Knowledge of competitive audio brands
- Strong communication, decision-making, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Bonus Points if You Have Experience with CRM, Microsoft suite, and industry-standard software
- Previous job history with a competitive equipment manufacturer or a tour sound sales role within a production company
- Deep technical knowledge of audio system theory and application
