- Responsible for business development to improve organizational market position and achieve financial growth.
- Identify business opportunities, negotiate and close deals
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Plan approaches and pitches

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing required
- 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development/Sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good networking skills
- Must have experience selling for an EPC firm
- Must have an understanding of Engineering, Design, and Project Management in industrial setting
