About the role
- Drive new business growth and manage customer relationships across Dural NSW
- Contribute to the success of the business by achieving targets, and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts across your assigned territory, acting as the primary point of contact
- Actively monitor customer needs and proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing accounts
- Negotiate and close new sales, while ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of new business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as operations, to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within your assigned territory
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Requirements
- External Sales/Account Management experience (preferred)
- Ability to manage key accounts and grow revenue
- Excellent verbal, written communication and computer skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and understands the importance of relationship building for our client's specific needs and providing the appropriate solutions
- Strong planning, organisation, and CRM/reporting capability
- Ability to perform effectively in an autonomous role
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence
