About the role
- Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for the partnership and alliance strategy across the legal, accounting, and professional services ecosystems.
- Drive partner-sourced revenue performance and manage pipeline health to meet or exceed annual growth targets.
- Establish and lead a high-performing team of partnership managers and account executives focused on partner origination and activation.
- Design and implement scalable partner lifecycle management programs, including automated onboarding, training, and enablement playbooks.
- Collaborate with Marketing to launch co-branded content, joint events, and strategic go-to-market initiatives that enhance market presence.
- Partner with Product and Operations teams to influence roadmap priorities and ensure high-quality service delivery for partner-referred clients.
- Maintain rigorous operational rhythms for forecasting and reporting accuracy within the CRM to ensure clear revenue attribution.
- Represent the organization as a thought leader at industry conferences and within professional associations to build deep market relationships.
Requirements
- Proven success building and scaling a channel or partnership function from the ground up within a high-growth environment.
- Extensive experience selling into or co-selling with law firms, corporate legal departments, or accounting firms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performance teams to achieve complex revenue goals.
- Professional experience in technology or professional services organizations during rapid expansion phases.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities with the ability to define partner segmentation and commercial models.
- Expertise in managing partner-sourced pipeline metrics and optimizing client acquisition costs.
- High level of proficiency with enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce.
