About the role

  • Build and optimize the operational infrastructure that powers our sales organization
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and refine sales strategy, policies, and programs
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve sales tools, processes, and policies
  • Generate, analyze, and synthesize sales forecasts, performance data, and market trends
  • Oversee CRM systems and sales technology stack
  • Design, implement, and monitor sales processes and programs
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR to design, implement, and monitor sales compensation plans
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
  • At least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Proven track record in process design, sales forecasting, and operational strategy development
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused
  • Thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
  • Manage competing priorities
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
