About the role
- Own growth across the full funnel, from traffic and lead generation to demos booked, opportunities created, and revenue generated.
- Lead the growth marketing strategy and make high-impact decisions that directly drive company expansion.
- Constantly test, iterate, and scale what works.
- Comfortable launching new channels, optimizing underperforming programs, and tying every initiative back to measurable business outcomes.
- Execute growth strategies, drive leads and revenue, manage paid campaigns, optimize conversion rates, and track performance.
Requirements
- At least 4–7 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Experience running paid media campaigns with clear ROI accountability
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, buying committees, and pipeline mechanics
- Proven ability to tie marketing efforts to revenue outcomes
- Comfortable collaborating closely with sales teams
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Analytical mindset with bias toward action and experimentation
- You think in pipeline, not just leads.
- You move quickly, test often, and optimize relentlessly.
