About the role

  • Own growth across the full funnel, from traffic and lead generation to demos booked, opportunities created, and revenue generated.
  • Lead the growth marketing strategy and make high-impact decisions that directly drive company expansion.
  • Constantly test, iterate, and scale what works.
  • Comfortable launching new channels, optimizing underperforming programs, and tying every initiative back to measurable business outcomes.
  • Execute growth strategies, drive leads and revenue, manage paid campaigns, optimize conversion rates, and track performance.

Requirements

  • At least 4–7 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
  • Experience running paid media campaigns with clear ROI accountability
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, buying committees, and pipeline mechanics
  • Proven ability to tie marketing efforts to revenue outcomes
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with sales teams
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Analytical mindset with bias toward action and experimentation
  • You think in pipeline, not just leads.
  • You move quickly, test often, and optimize relentlessly.
