• - Establish and evolve **UI design systems, guidelines, and best practices** for scalability and consistency.
• - Act as a **subject matter expert** in UI/UX, setting standards for visual quality, usability, and player engagement.
• - Collaborate closely with **art, product, and engineering** to influence product direction and ensure high-quality implementation.
• - Provide **design direction and constructive feedback** to UI designers.
• - Use **player data, usability testing, and market analysis** to inform and validate design decisions.
• - Identify opportunities to **improve workflows, pipelines, and team efficiency.**
