About the role

  • Manage tender and quotation processes for reefer business, collecting and validating inputs, and preparing customer-ready offers
  • Coordinate internal approvals and maintain an audit trail for commercial agreements, ensuring adherence to processes
  • Liaise with Pricing/Trade Management to align on commercial conditions and feasibility for global reefer commitments
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to confirm service setup and critical shipment handling requirements
  • Support customer onboarding for global reefer accounts, ensuring smooth activation of agreed conditions
  • Maintain high-quality data in sales tools, including customer profiles, contracts, and key terms
  • Manage the sold-to-served handover, communicating terms and instructions to execution teams to minimize issues
  • Prepare recurring account and performance reports, and support internal account reviews with action plans

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Economics, International Management, Maritime or Logistics
  • Dedicated to achieving results and maintaining a high work ethic
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Ability to take quick action and evaluate facts
  • Completes tasks within specified time frames, coping with strict deadlines
  • Excellent listening and speaking skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enhance work relationships
  • Open to new ideas and motivated for self-development
