About the role
- Manage tender and quotation processes for reefer business, collecting and validating inputs, and preparing customer-ready offers
- Coordinate internal approvals and maintain an audit trail for commercial agreements, ensuring adherence to processes
- Liaise with Pricing/Trade Management to align on commercial conditions and feasibility for global reefer commitments
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to confirm service setup and critical shipment handling requirements
- Support customer onboarding for global reefer accounts, ensuring smooth activation of agreed conditions
- Maintain high-quality data in sales tools, including customer profiles, contracts, and key terms
- Manage the sold-to-served handover, communicating terms and instructions to execution teams to minimize issues
- Prepare recurring account and performance reports, and support internal account reviews with action plans
Requirements
- Completed studies in Economics, International Management, Maritime or Logistics
- Dedicated to achieving results and maintaining a high work ethic
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Ability to take quick action and evaluate facts
- Completes tasks within specified time frames, coping with strict deadlines
- Excellent listening and speaking skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
- Strong interpersonal skills to enhance work relationships
- Open to new ideas and motivated for self-development
