About the role
- Talent acquisition
- Plan and implement recruiting campaigns to attract new sales employees
- Select and actively use appropriate recruiting channels (e.g., online job portals, real estate networks, universities, recruitment agencies)
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify regions with staffing needs ("white spots")
- Strengthen the employer brand of the companies in the German real estate and residential construction market
- Responsible for selection and onboarding across the entire recruiting process, from job posting to onboarding
- Develop structured onboarding programs to help new employees integrate quickly and become productive
- Build and refine systems and software to track and analyze the entire recruiting funnel — from campaigns and applications through onboarding to training, mentoring, development, and offboarding
- Work closely with sales leadership and oversee the training team to ensure rapid early performance and successful integration of new employees
- Employee retention & performance support
- Support performance analysis, employee retention efforts, and the identification of causes of turnover and productivity issues
- Implement measures to attract and retain staff, e.g., improved contracts, recognition, training, and regular feedback
- Provide HR support in conflict and disciplinary cases
Requirements
- You have vocational training as a HR services specialist (Personaldienstleistungskaufmann) or a degree in business administration / a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on HR management — alternatively you have an equivalent qualification
- You have relevant professional experience in HR, ideally with a strong focus on sales-oriented environments
- You can demonstrate proven success in building and scaling recruiting or onboarding structures
- Targeted identification and selection of sales talent is already part of your daily work
- You bring solid knowledge of labor and contract law; initial exposure to commercial agency law (Handelsvertreterrecht) is desirable
- With your confident, engaging manner you convince both internally and externally — supported by strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking comes naturally to you, as does an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- You have a strong affinity for sales and a pronounced service-oriented mindset
- As a team player you are committed, motivated, and happy to take responsibility for your area of work
- You are proficient and confident in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Willingness to travel for business completes your profile
