About the role
- Co-responsible for guest satisfaction — and thus for organizing the daily operational workflow
- Lead and motivate the entire team together with the Operations Manager
- Create duty rosters for kitchen, bar and service and provide regular training
- Monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, labor costs and food & beverage costs
- Carry out daily and monthly financial reconciliations and bank deposits
- Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational health and safety requirements
- First point of contact for questions from guests and staff
Requirements
- Vocational training in (chain) gastronomy or a related industry
- Commercial experience, especially in personnel management and cost control
- Genuine team spirit
- Open-mindedness and enthusiasm
- Ability to motivate others and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to take initiative: assume responsibility and be a doer
- Service-oriented attitude and flexibility
