About the role

  • Co-responsible for guest satisfaction — and thus for organizing the daily operational workflow
  • Lead and motivate the entire team together with the Operations Manager
  • Create duty rosters for kitchen, bar and service and provide regular training
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, labor costs and food & beverage costs
  • Carry out daily and monthly financial reconciliations and bank deposits
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational health and safety requirements
  • First point of contact for questions from guests and staff

Requirements

  • Vocational training in (chain) gastronomy or a related industry
  • Commercial experience, especially in personnel management and cost control
  • Genuine team spirit
  • Open-mindedness and enthusiasm
  • Ability to motivate others and strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to take initiative: assume responsibility and be a doer
  • Service-oriented attitude and flexibility
