About the role
- You are responsible for happiness — and therefore for organizing the day-to-day operations at the HANS IM GLÜCK location.
- You lead the entire team, motivate your team members, create staff schedules for the kitchen, bar and service areas, and provide regular training.
- You monitor key metrics such as productivity, personnel costs and cost of goods (COGS).
- Carrying out daily and monthly financial reconciliations as well as bank deposits is part of your duties.
- You ensure that hygiene regulations and occupational health and safety laws are observed at all times.
- You are the first point of contact for questions from guests and staff.
Requirements
- Vocational training in (chain) gastronomy/hospitality or a related field.
- Commercial experience, especially in personnel management and cost control.
- Genuine team spirit.
- Open-minded and enthusiastic.
- Ability to motivate others and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude: you like to pitch in, take responsibility and get things done.
- Service orientation and flexibility.
