About the role
- You are responsible for happiness — and therefore for organizing the day-to-day operations at the HANS IM GLÜCK location.
- You lead the entire team, motivate your employees, create schedules for the kitchen, bar and service areas and deliver regular training.
- You monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, labor costs and food costs.
- Performing daily and monthly reconciliations and handling bank deposits are part of your duties.
- You ensure that hygiene regulations and occupational health and safety requirements are complied with at all times.
- You are the primary point of contact for questions from guests and employees.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in chain hospitality (system gastronomy) or a related industry.
- Commercial/business experience, especially in staff leadership and cost management.
- Strong team spirit.
- You are open-minded and enthusiastic.
- You can motivate others and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on attitude: you enjoy pitching in, taking responsibility and getting things done.
- Service orientation and flexibility.
