About the role

  • You are responsible for the guest experience — and thus for organizing the operational processes at the HANS IM GLÜCK location.
  • You lead the entire team, motivate your employees, create staff schedules for kitchen, bar and service, and regularly conduct training sessions.
  • You monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, personnel costs and cost of goods sold.
  • You are responsible for daily and monthly reconciliations as well as bank deposits.
  • You ensure that hygiene regulations and occupational health and safety requirements are followed at all times.
  • You are the primary point of contact for guests and team members when questions arise.

Requirements

  • Vocational training in (chain) gastronomy or a related industry.
  • Commercial experience, particularly in personnel management and cost control.
  • Genuine team spirit.
  • Open-minded and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to motivate others and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on attitude: you enjoy pitching in, take responsibility and get things done.
  • Service orientation and flexibility.
