About the role
- You are responsible for the guest experience — and thus for organizing the operational processes at the HANS IM GLÜCK location.
- You lead the entire team, motivate your employees, create staff schedules for kitchen, bar and service, and regularly conduct training sessions.
- You monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, personnel costs and cost of goods sold.
- You are responsible for daily and monthly reconciliations as well as bank deposits.
- You ensure that hygiene regulations and occupational health and safety requirements are followed at all times.
- You are the primary point of contact for guests and team members when questions arise.
Requirements
- Vocational training in (chain) gastronomy or a related industry.
- Commercial experience, particularly in personnel management and cost control.
- Genuine team spirit.
- Open-minded and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to motivate others and strong interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on attitude: you enjoy pitching in, take responsibility and get things done.
- Service orientation and flexibility.
