About the role
- Active support in B2B sales (lead handling, follow-ups, scheduling appointments)
- Telephone and written communication with business clients
- Qualifying leads and maintaining the sales pipeline in the CRM (Pipedrive)
- Preparation and follow-up of proposals
- Documenting conversations and outcomes in the CRM
- Assisting with sales initiatives, campaigns and sales processes
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications or similar)
- You are interested in sales, customer contact and performance
- Initial experience in sales, call center, customer service or a similar role is an advantage
- You are communicative, persuasive and confident on the phone
- You work goal-oriented, reliably and don’t get discouraged easily
- You want to learn, take on responsibility and earn money
