About the role

  • Active support in B2B sales (lead handling, follow-ups, scheduling appointments)
  • Telephone and written communication with business clients
  • Qualifying leads and maintaining the sales pipeline in the CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Preparation and follow-up of proposals
  • Documenting conversations and outcomes in the CRM
  • Assisting with sales initiatives, campaigns and sales processes

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications or similar)
  • You are interested in sales, customer contact and performance
  • Initial experience in sales, call center, customer service or a similar role is an advantage
  • You are communicative, persuasive and confident on the phone
  • You work goal-oriented, reliably and don’t get discouraged easily
  • You want to learn, take on responsibility and earn money
