About the role
- Provide support to internal customers (production team)
- Typical responsibilities include internal fabrication support
- Liaison between service and technicians to clarify orders
- Enter work orders generated from mail, emails, phone calls and drop-offs
- Build internal relationships with production team
- When asked, provide additional support to frontline team by answering telephones, respond to emails and entering work orders as appropriate
- Prep items for shipping as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than 1 year of related experience
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Solid data entry skills with accuracy
- Team player that supports the company goals to meet all service level metrics
- Develop skills to manage external customer inquiries (clinicians)
- Basic knowledge of medical/industry terminology a plus
