About the role
- Work with the Compliance Manager to maintain an effective enterprise-wide compliance program
- Provides first-line guidance and oversight to lines of business
- Performs compliance reviews in all pertinent areas of the Bank
- Maintains records of all internal testing of required banking regulations
- Prepares final compliance audit reports
- Follows-up on timely basis with appropriate managers for outstanding findings
- Assists in reviewing and updating compliance policies, procedures, manuals, training materials, and consumer disclosures
- Provides support to all areas of the bank by researching and responding to compliance-related inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business or related field
- Two years of related experience and/or training required
- CRCM Certification preferred
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and/or regulators
