About the role

  • Work with the Compliance Manager to maintain an effective enterprise-wide compliance program
  • Provides first-line guidance and oversight to lines of business
  • Performs compliance reviews in all pertinent areas of the Bank
  • Maintains records of all internal testing of required banking regulations
  • Prepares final compliance audit reports
  • Follows-up on timely basis with appropriate managers for outstanding findings
  • Assists in reviewing and updating compliance policies, procedures, manuals, training materials, and consumer disclosures
  • Provides support to all areas of the bank by researching and responding to compliance-related inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business or related field
  • Two years of related experience and/or training required
  • CRCM Certification preferred
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and/or regulators
