About the role
- A Virtual Assistant is responsible for providing remote assistance to business management professionals.
- Their duties include conducting research and organizing data,
- interacting with customers or clients on their employer’s behalf and performing additional clerical duties like updating calendars or sorting documents
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience of Virtual Assistant
- With experience handling Australian or Foreign Client
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with implacable multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to follow processes and work independently
- Communicate progress and/or report issues
- Insurance experience is required
