About the role
- perform repairs and maintenance of Hamilton Medical ventilation products in a field service capacity
- new equipment installation
- perform preventative maintenance
- troubleshoot and repair Hamilton equipment
- report problems and perform root cause analysis on instrument failures
- sales are a vital part of this position
- other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to interface and communicate well with customers.
- Ability to train non-technical personnel on highly technical material.
- Ability and willingness to work in a safety conscious manner.
- Associate degree required in Electronics, Biomedical Electronics Technology, or certificate from accredited electronics school or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Previous hospital, bio-medical, or field service experience and basic understanding of ventilation is preferred.
