About the role

  • perform repairs and maintenance of Hamilton Medical ventilation products in a field service capacity
  • new equipment installation
  • perform preventative maintenance
  • troubleshoot and repair Hamilton equipment
  • report problems and perform root cause analysis on instrument failures

Requirements

  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interface and communicate well with customers.
  • Ability to train non-technical personnel on highly technical material.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a safety conscious manner.
  • Associate degree required in Electronics, Biomedical Electronics Technology, or certificate from accredited electronics school or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Previous hospital, bio-medical, or field service experience and basic understanding of ventilation is preferred.
