About the role

  • Lead the full compensation lifecycle, including salary structures and pay policies.
  • Conduct regular compensation audits for compliance.
  • Manage annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles.
  • Develop comprehensive benefits communication strategies.
  • Oversee leave of absence programs ensuring compliance.
  • Ensure HRIS data integrity across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, and IT for accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Eight (8) years of progressive HR experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex LOA and ADA cases.
  • Advanced HRIS, reporting, and data analytics capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and influence skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HR/Payroll systems).
