About the role
- Lead the full compensation lifecycle, including salary structures and pay policies.
- Conduct regular compensation audits for compliance.
- Manage annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles.
- Develop comprehensive benefits communication strategies.
- Oversee leave of absence programs ensuring compliance.
- Ensure HRIS data integrity across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, and IT for accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Eight (8) years of progressive HR experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex LOA and ADA cases.
- Advanced HRIS, reporting, and data analytics capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and influence skills.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HR/Payroll systems).
