About the role
- Responsible for supporting a defined group of employees on all HR matters
- Manage the full recruitment process using our applicant tracking system
- Post job advertisements and conduct interviews for the Riem site (Munich)
- Contribute to HR projects and collaborate with external partners
Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree with a focus on HR
- You have gained initial experience in HR and are seeking a new challenge
- You are communicative, motivated and empathetic, and enjoy working hands-on and closely with people
