About the role
- Employee support: Responsible for a defined group of employees across all HR matters
- Recruiting & applicant management: Managing the entire recruiting process using our applicant tracking system, posting job adverts and conducting interviews for the Riem location
- Participation in HR projects and collaboration with external partners
Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree with a focus on HR
- You have already gained initial experience in HR and are looking for a new challenge
- You are communicative, motivated and empathetic and enjoy working hands-on and closely with people
