About the role

  • Establishing the location & employee support: Building the team in Frankfurt and supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • HR administration: Drafting contracts, reference letters and certificates, as well as maintaining time tracking
  • Recruiting: Independently managing the entire recruiting process
  • Teamwork & projects: Collaborating with the HR teams in Munich and Berlin and contributing to cross-site HR projects

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree with a focus on HR
  • You have already gained initial experience in the HR field and are looking for a new challenge
  • You are communicative, motivated and empathetic, and enjoy working hands-on and closely with people
