About the role
- Manage the ERP system: perform error analysis and troubleshooting and ensure the availability and performance of the ERP system
- Develop and maintain interface integrations in collaboration with external partners
- Support existing EDI interfaces with customers and suppliers
- Administer existing IT hardware and software
- Provide hotline/on-call support
- Collaborate with various departments
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Experience with SQL databases
- Preferably experience in ERP administration
- Understanding of business processes
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Flexibility, commitment, reliability and team spirit
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with AS/400 desirable
