About the role
- Maintain and manage the ERP system
- Analyze and resolve system errors
- Ensure availability and performance of the ERP system
- Develop and maintain interface integrations in collaboration with external partners
- Manage existing EDI interfaces to customers and suppliers
- Administer existing IT hardware and software
- Provide hotline/support desk services
- Collaborate with various departments
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of working with SQL databases
- Preferably experience in ERP administration
- Understanding of business processes
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
