About the role

  • Take real entrepreneurial ownership: product, team, strategy, and P&L
  • Build new ventures from idea to scale — with resources, budget, and support
  • Work directly with founders and senior management — fast decisions, maximum autonomy
  • Use AI-native skills and modern automation tools (LLMs, Claude, CoWork, n8n, Zapier) to test hypotheses and scale processes
  • If successful, your ventures can be handed over to operations or another team, allowing you to continuously build new ideas

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in startups, venture building, or innovation environments (founder experience or zero-to-one experience)
  • Proven track record of building and commercially scaling products, business units, or ventures
  • Extreme ownership & agency — you don’t wait for tasks, you create them
  • Results-oriented & pragmatic: you don’t want to be right, you want to win
  • AI-native: routine use of common LLMs (e.g., Claude) and automation tools such as CoWork, n8n, Zapier
  • Experience from high-agency environments like Rocket Internet, Antler, EWOR, Peaks/Peaukos, or comparable incubators
  • Optional: academic background in entrepreneurially oriented tech/business programs (KIT, TUM, WHU, CDTM)
