About the role
- You support our People team in day-to-day activities and ensure our processes run smoothly — so our hypergrowth is not only fast but also healthy.
- You take on organizational and administrative tasks and bring structure to an environment that is constantly evolving.
- You prepare documents, summaries, and presentations that have real impact — for our team, our leadership, and the entire organization.
- You communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners, becoming an important link in the People ecosystem.
- You maintain data and documents, contributing to the quality and reliability of our People workflows.
- You contribute to ongoing projects, learn from experienced People colleagues, and gradually take on new areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Enrolled student with a genuine eagerness to learn, drive, and willingness to take on responsibility
- Quick learner, willing to experiment, and excited to help shape new initiatives
- Clear, friendly communication and a service-oriented, reliable hands-on working style
- Fluent German and English skills (used daily)
- Structured, meticulous working style with a strong commitment to quality
- Confident using office tools; open to learning new systems
- Initial experience in HR/People is a plus — not required
