About the role
- Responsibility for your own portfolio of 20–30 homeowners' associations (500+ units)
- Revenue and profit responsibility for your portfolio
- Management of your squad (Accounting & Service) to maximize day-to-day efficiency
- Chairing owners' meetings with clarity, presence and confidence
- Continuous improvement of processes in your area of responsibility – digital, lean, and effective
Requirements
- Several years of experience in condominium/HOA management, ideally with larger or more complex associations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage both operationally and strategically
- Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
- Independent, structured working style – you don't need a micromanager
