- Revenue and profit responsibility for your portfolio
- Lead your squad (Accounting & Service) to maximize day-to-day operational efficiency
- Chair owners' meetings with oversight, clarity and professional presence
- Continuously improve processes within your area of responsibility — digital, lean, and effective
Requirements
- Several years of experience in condominium management, ideally with larger or more complex owner associations
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage both financially and strategically
- Strong communication skills and a high customer focus
- Independent, structured working style — you don't require micromanagement
