About the role

  • Take ownership of the entire journey for strategic clients — from initial outreach to successful handover to operational property management.
  • Acquire, manage and expand strategic key accounts in your region.
  • End-to-end responsibility for the sales process: first contact, needs assessment, proposal, closing.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of property and client structures to develop tailored property management concepts.
  • Facilitate and lead owners' meetings (ETVs) with the aim of enabling clear decisions and securing mandates.
  • Work closely with internal experts to ensure the highest quality and reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our sales and process landscape through structured market and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of complex/consultative solutions.
  • Industry knowledge in real estate is a plus.
  • Confident presence with strong communication and facilitation skills — including presenting to larger groups.
  • Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for digital tools, data and AI-supported processes.
  • Strong customer orientation, empathy and a high degree of reliability.
  • Independent, structured working style with an ownership mindset and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Excellent German language skills (C2) and a valid driver's license (Class B).
