About the role
- As M&A Manager you will be the driving force behind the acquisition of new property management companies.
- You analyze potential deals, manage the entire transaction process and ensure a smooth handover to our integration team.
- Identification, analysis and valuation of M&A opportunities
- Management of the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing
- Development of business cases & company valuations
- Coordination with internal teams and external advisors (legal, finance, tax)
Requirements
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Several years of experience in M&A or investment banking
- Strong analytical skills & experience with financial modeling
- Good understanding of transaction processes, in particular share deals involving corporations
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence in negotiations
