About the role
- Work on the front line as a WEG (Condominium) / Property Manager (m/f/d)
- Independently assume full responsibility for and manage a portfolio of properties
- Manage rental units, communal areas, and individual ownership units
- Coordinate the procurement and supervision of repair services and service contracts
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and handovers
- Plan and conduct owners' meetings (condominium owners' meetings)
- Work closely with owners' committees and property owners
- Perform invoice and document checks and on-site property inspections
Requirements
- A passion for real estate and property management
- Willingness to take on new challenges and continuously learn
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- An organized, structured working style and the ability to assume responsibility
- Experience in the real estate industry, ideally as a certified WEG (condominium) manager
