Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or consultative B2B sales
  • Proven record of closing service engagements
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Good discovery, listening, and qualification skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working with CRM software, collaboration tools, and office systems
  • Strong self-management in a remote work environment
  • At least 25 years of previous work experience
