- Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
- Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
Requirements
- Experience delivering senior or leadership hires, including complex stakeholder management
- Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes
- Ability to provide credible market insights on talent availability and compensation signals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
