- Proven ability to source, assess, and progress leadership-level candidates
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with strong energy and initiative
- Experience managing processes and applying sound judgment to solve problems
- Confident, professional communicator when working with international clients
- Comfortable positioning and selling recruitment services
